I have ccleaner pro plus version 639.11545 when i click on check for updates it shows a new version 7.51255.
When i try to download it I get 0x404: error contacting up date server.
Can someone tell me how to stop this and down load the new version.

I have CCleaner Professional version 6.39. I have Automatic Updates turned ON, but they are NOT downloading. Updates says the New CCleaner version is now 7.6.1270, but when I click “Update Now”, I get the following message:
“ Error 0x404: Error contacting Update Server.”
I PAID for this version and I have 175 days left on my subscription. The FREE Version is not an acceptable solution. I want my paid version to be updated. I can’t find help anywhere. Has CCleaner gone under/out of business??
I can’t even find a way to actually contact support. Seems like they would want the PAID customers to stay happy if they had any intention of staying in business.
No one said the free version was the salve, you put your license key into the free and it becomes pro.
If you want updated, move to the (now a windows services) 7 version. 6.39 will not be updated or tweaked for new browser changes.
