New to group first time using Recova

Hi Andy my name, Do I need to purchase the payment options to recover from a reformatted external 80gb sata drive, using Windows 7 or can I use the free option?

When Deep scanned showed 38,000 + files, tried to recover to original disk ( limited room on c\:) also came across Max Path length.

Most photo files showing excellent. Yet only 360+ seemed to be recovered.

Am I best recovering to a folder (bit at a time) on my c\: drive then copying results to DVD disk.

The recovery is NOT affected by the Free vs Paid versions.

Recovery to the same partition that you have scanned may make EVERYTHING permanently UN-recoverable.
