New Product not showing on account

Hi

I purchased a copy of the Pro product on April 7th 2026. This does not appear on my Cleaner Account but the payment has been taken

I cant get a license key to download.

I cant find any way to contact CCleaner.

I have been trying to start a chat with CCleaner but the chat window would not open. I have tried using email, but only have found No Reply mail boxes.

Please could I have some help with these issues.

Thanks for your reply. Yes I did try this but came back saying that no product is attached to my email address. I have paid for the product and got a message but this only linked to a page that allowed me to login but the only product attached is the free to use one. I have never received the licence key to activate the pro product, the one I have purchased. The chat support does not seem to work so I can’t get directly in contact with CCleaner. Thanks again.

To be honest that does not sound like what happens when you purchase from CCleaner.
You get an email that contains your new licence key.
You don’t have to ‘login’ to anything.

Did you purchase from somone other than CCleaner themselves?
Maybe a 3rd party ‘cheap’ licence seller?
What was it that you had to “login” to?
