I just received an email alerting me that next years subscription will be *As of your next billing date on 03/23/2026, your subscription increases to the new price of $96.25.
I must say good bye then. I cant justify this triple the cost. Sorry.

Tony P: I feel your pain and concur. Especially given that “CCleaner” is now “CCleaner NOT”. It can’t seem to clean much of anything. The original version was so slick, so helpful, so effective, but this latest abortion?? I WANT MY MONEY BACK; this program is now utterly useless.

Please let me know some details of the issue you are experiencing with cleaning so I can advise you further.
With all due respect, I stated it in my refund request case, above.
I searched the forums and Googled it as well. Found no solutions, only complaints.
The program has been uninstalled, and I’m not going to install it just so I can show you exactly what it does.
I do know that I select Temp files, Windows Thumbnail cache, and all 3 browsers (why IE is still there is beyond me . . .) cookies, cache, and compact databases. The temp files wouldn’t all clean, nor would the Thumbnail cache, and it seems like several of the browser cleaning sections couldn’t be. At that point, I determined the program doesn’t do what it’s supposed to, and USED TO, do. Ver 7 seems to be a complete disaster and a total waste of money. If it were a car, it would qualify under Lemon Laws to be refunded.
I kept hoping that a subsequent update would fix these issues, to no avail.
On top of that, there’s the price, which has escalated dramatically over the last couple of years, and then the automatic renewal, which I did not authorize (was not asked to, that I recall).
