New Premium License - Browser Update

Please help. I have been using CCleaner Browser Professional for years. I have recently purchased a new premium license. Now when I go to update the browser, the installation fails. Do I need to completely uninstall the browser and then reinstall? Can I update my license in my browser settings to help the installation be successful?

If I need to do a complete reinstall, how do I save all the settings/bookmarks/etc from my current profile?

Having CCleaner Premium, or not, should not have any affect on the CCleaner Browser.

CCleaner Browser is not a part of the CCleaner Premium Bundle.

The Premium bundle includes CCleaner, Recuva, Speccy, and Kamo for use on up to 5-devices - but it does not include the Cleaner Browser.

How do I go about renewing the browser? I see nothing about a license under Help (In Browser) or on the browser download page on ccleaner dot com.

I don’t use the browser myself - Does it even have a licenced pro version?

I think the licencing is a false trail here - Please explain in more detail the problem that you are having with CCleaner Browser.

Does the upgrade/install start but not finish?
Does it not start at all?
Something else?

What Windows version are you running?
Are you running an Antivirus/Antimalware/firewall/etc. other than Windows Security?
