It's a very good looking icon and I like it, and I certainly know I couldn't make something as nice. I do however like the current CCleaner icon more. Note that you can always share alternative program icons on sites like deviantART.com, IconsPedia.com, etc.

deviantART.com is also one of the most-recognized sites for submitting icons and templates for programs. Developers often go to that site when they are looking for suggestions.

Good try but the icon does not seem to be much impressive
