I use Win10 64 bit -and after much messing about with installing the new professional version,I eventually bought CC Cleaner Professional on Friday10, oct 2025 then after about two hours getting the thing to actually download, I did a successful first ‘clean’ . Two days later, and the thing (CCC PRO) is now open,all new and shining - and yet nothing is working - cannot do anything with it at all .
I also opened my email for the registration key, and I had two of them and also two separate versions of the ‘Professional’ version, which are about 5 days apart when the expiry date is up. Any ideas how I can get anything to work and how to get a refund for one of them?
Could you explain in more detail exactly what you mean by “nothing is working”?
ie. what do you do and what happens/doesn’t happen?
(PS. there are only 2 C’s in CCleaner).
