HI.

1)I have a problem with electricity in my town.

My computer reboots or turns off.happens when I delete files or hard disk.:))

I wish that when off or restarts when the delete operation back to it to start where it left off.

can be done?

2)another thing is that I wish I had the program CCleaner to context menu and delete any file I want to set before wiping steps.

3. wish I had a program option to kill processes and delete files that are used and can not be removed by the classical method.

CCleaner actions are not logged to file therefore your computer will not remember when it restarts.

As for your electrical problem you should consider buying a UPS to prevent loss of data.
