My license key expires on 5 Oct 2025. I renewed my license on 22 Jun 2025 for two years and have still not received a new key. I have confirmed my renewal payment was received. I saw the notice on the company home page about having difficulty generating new codes, but that notice has been up for months now with no correction date. Can someone tell me where to go from here; who or where do I contact to get the renewal key?

I have tried repeatedly to contact your team using the contact us form to no avail. Each time I try I get this message:“Hmm... we think you might be a robot. Please refresh the page and try again”. Numerous refreshing does not allow me to submit the form because of this message. I getting very tired trying to get support from your company. I've been a loyal customer for years and want to continue because your product is great however I may have to look elsewhere and request you give me a refund.

As I explained in my previous email to you that when I complete the support request it will not let me send it stating that I’m not human but a robot and should refresh my browser. Refreshing does not change the form performance and still does not allow me to send it. This email address is the only one I have. Please assist me ASAP; my license expires first week in Oct and I have all ready paid for a 2yr renewal. Thanks
