Sorry to say that I am a computer dummy needing help. If you are able to help please keep it in simple terms. I was trying to run my CCleaner and it only made it to 36% of scan and then it gave me a pop up box. The top of the box read " Windows-No Disk " then just below that it wrote " Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c " So please can you tell me what this means and how can I get the CCleaner to finish a total scan and work properly again. I really like this this program, but if it is going to mess up like this I will have to get rid of it and look for something else.
