Do you mean that you used the Advanced Install rather than just letting it do a Standard install?
Or do you mean that you moved the files (or tried to) after the install?
Have you tried opening File Explorer and searching D: drive for anything called CCleaner?
If it’s been installed on D: then that will tell you where on D: it is.
If the search doesn’t find anything on D: called CCleaner then it’s not installed on D:.
As for if you are using an admin account or not.
Open Windows settings and go to Accounts, it tells you there what kind of account you are using and if it’s an admin account.
eg. This is ‘Lenny’ the Administrator local account that I made for my Lenovo laptop.
