I purchased ccleaner subscription in Google play store then when get a new android phone, I’m trying to recover my yearly subscription and I cannot. Please help
Pro licenses bought via Google Playstore are handled by Google and not included in 3-device or 5-device CCleaner licenses.
A CCleaner for Android licence bought through Google Play Store is licensed/linked to the Google account that was in use for the purchase.
Log into that (older) Google account on your new device and the CCleaner on it will then be active as Pro.
I’m assuming that you have set up the new phone with a new Google account rather than your existing account.
AFAIK there is currently no way to transfer apps purchased from the Google Store using one Google account to a different Google account.
However it may be possible to ‘link’ the accounts and thus the Store purchases using a ‘Google family library’ although it’s something I’ve never tried myself:
