I installed many plugin i delete some of them that i not want to use but i see many files remain in my website. I cannot find the way to delete all my data that i want to delete.
Unwanted files cover my storage and cause my website speed slow!
Is CCleaner plugin available in wordpress?

It is a standalone app used for cleaning junk files from your computer.
I know CCleaner is not plugin but you make plugin for wordpress to clean junk files or not?

Not. - CCleaner do not make plugins, not for Wordpress, not for anything else.
A quick websearch in any browser will find various cleaning plugins for wordpress.
