Hi Bruce, and welcome to Piriform.
CCleaner can't fix it unfortunately. That file apparently is part of "Network Associates anti-virus protection suite". If you have that particular application on your computer, then doing a reinstall of it should fix that file error, which has something to do with updating.
You could of course contact Network Associates, and ask their guidance.
If you don't, or have never had, that Anti-Virus suite on your computer, then I would suggest following this link and having your PC checked out for some type of infection.
