Why must I pay extra to upgrade to CcleanerPro7?
I am satisfied with CleanerPro as it was, but you’ve switched me to a trial version of Ccleaner7 with no way of getting back to what I had (and that I have paid for),
if you enter your license it should change to pro. For some reason a small amount of people’s licenses didn’t carry over.
I tried that but it claims I don’t have a valid license key.
Should I post here what my key is and what my license number are?

If you are typing your key in then make sure it is correct.
(The other day I tried 3 times before realising that I had been putting a 5 where it should have been a 6).
EDIT- I’ve just done a complete reinstall of CCleaner 7 and now it won’t take my key today.
I suspect a server error so will try again later.
EDIT2 - I waited and tried again and it has now accepted my key.
I am copy-pasting the key that I was sent when I renewed my license on 5/15/2025
I will do a complete re-install as you suggest, but I don’t have high hopes…

That’s interesting to hear - the CCleaner 7 on my Win 10 laptop would not let me paste a key in, I had to type it manually.
That is/was a known glitch and they had promised to look at it though - so maybe it’s been changed in the last2 days?
Yeah, I paid them again after realizing I already paid them in the spring now I’ve paid twice and it still doesn’t work
