Can you describe more what you are doing/seeing?

Note that CCleaner saying that it cannot connect to the internet usually means that it cannot connect to the servers that it needs to reach for some things such as checking for updates.

That is ofteh because you are using an Antivirus or Firewall which is blocking those connections.
So what Antivirus/Firewalls are you using?

Do you mean ‘Upgrade’ your current CCleaner Free to CCleaner Professional?
Or do you mean ‘Update’ your CCleaner free to the latest version?

(Or are you perhaps trying to get the Beta testing version 7? Although I think that is only being offered to selected Pro users).)

If you mean ‘Upgrade’ then have you already purchased a licence for CCleaner Professional? (or CC PLus, or CC Premium).

If it’s an update to the latest version that you want to do then you can do the update manually.

  • Go to the ‘builds’ page and download an installer from there: Download CCleaner builds | CCleaner Portable, Slim, and more
  • “ccsetup637.exe” will download to your computer (it should go to your Downloads folder) simply double-click on it and it will install the latest version, CCleaner 6.37.11523, for you.

(If it’s the version 7 Beta that you are looking for then I can’t say for sure but they may have enough testers already so it may now have been taken offline?)
