The last 2 versions of CCleaner don’t list Office LTSC Pro Plus 2024 in my apps. CCleaner lists Office 2003 and 2007, which I’ve never had on my computer, but more recent versions of Office aren’t there anymore. So no cleaning is possible.
The latest version of CCleaner (v6.34.11482) doesn’t empty the bin also.

For the bin what makes you say that CCleaner doesn’t clean it?
Is that even after a Clean running CCleaner again still finds files in it?
If you open the bin itself after a clean then is it empty?
If so then you have a corrupted recycle bin, it’s pretty common and has been for years.
The bin is empty but there is a list in a part of Windows that isn’t getting cleared properly, so part of Windows ‘thinks’ there are still files in the bin.
Plus because that list isn’t getting cleared then how much that part of Windows thinks is in the bin keeps growing too.
Many people worldwide have such a corrupted Recycle Bin, but unless they use a cleaning tool like CCleaner they never notice that it’s got corrupted.
The fix is easy:
Open the start window and type:- Command
It should show you the Command Prompt, click “Run as Administrator”
In the command windows that opens type (or copy/paste) the following and press Enter:
rd /s /q C:$Recycle.bin
That will reset the bin so that it now works properly, and you can close the command prompt.
