We can schedule background cleaning at each startup or shutdown, or when the Browser is closed. So, not just when windows startup only.

Hi 3xxx, and welcome to the forum.
Unless I'm missing what you mean, CCleaner can be configured to run at shutdown. The only action you need to take is click the CCleaner icon, and it cleans and auto shuts down your PC.
It's what I use each time from a CCleaner icon in the Quick Launch Bar.

no i mean CCleaner will clean your pc when u shutdown ur pc,
i mean:
SHUTDOWN > AUTO CLEANER
i don't mean:
CCleaner > AUTO SHUTDOWN
then is there any way CCleaner will auto clean after i close browser?
Thanks DennisD
SHUTDOWN > AUTO CLEANER
i don't mean:
CCleaner > AUTO SHUTDOWN
What am I missing here? They both achieve exactly the same result, and if both were possible Andavaris would still be the quickest and most direct.
Shutdown > Auto CCleaner:
Select Start\Turn Off Computer\Turn Off\Somehow configure that process to take a step backwards and run CCleaner, and then Shut Down.
or
Select Shutdown Button on keyboard (if you have a button), or click Shutdown shortcut (if you have one), configure either of those to also take a step backwards and run CCleaner, and then Shutdown the computer.
CCleaner > Auto Shutdown:
Click the CCleaner icon in Quick Launch, CCleaner runs, cleans, and then completely shuts down the computer. One click Clean and Shutdown.
If you can't see they are exactly the same end result, then I'm totally bamboozled.
Regarding running CCleaner after closing down browser, I don't know of a way that can be done. You can of course configure most browsers in preferences to clear browsing history/cookies automatically when you shut them down.
I hope that helps.
