Hi,
I used to run CCleaner great, and it was the best program I ever had.
Now, some of the features are not working well.
Cleaning applications feature takes long, and then a message says:
"CCleaner has encoutered a problem and needs to shut down. Send or not send error report to Microsoft"

Try running it in safe mode once, to get to safe mode, press F8 repeaditly while the PC is booting up.
Then try it in normal mode again.
If that doesnt solve your problem, go to start, run and type this in with the quotes
"C:\program files\Ccleaner\Ccleaner.exe" /debug
It may help to tell us what is causing the problem
