Hello everyone, since I became ccleaner prof. My Office365 is no longer running. After reinstalling it works until I use ccleaner - is the bug known, what can I do?
I’m not sure if it’s a new bug or not. (but it might be).
Is this Windows 10 or 11?
Are you using the Performance Optimizer in CCleaner?
If so then are you letting it put Office to sleep?
If that is the case then please ‘Wake Up’ Office from the Sleeping Programs and let us know if that cures the problem.
Thanks. That helped, in fact I had put Office365 into sleep mode in the free version some time ago - but that only had an effect with the Pro version.

Others have also reported having issues with Office if they let Performance Optimizer put it to sleep.
I guess the cure for that is simple; don’t add Office to the apps to be put to sleep.
