Whenever I do a clean, Ccleaner ' skips' Edge. How do I make it clean that as well. All the boxes are ticked in the Edge section of options.

All edge instances must be closed, also sometimes a program that is open keeps edge's databases locked. However, in rare instances edge is still skipped even after these methods are followed, the devs are currently looking into this
Thank you for the advice. I did inadvertently click a box about not showing me again about shutting Edge down, but I don't know how to get the box back. I shut Edge down before cleaning but it still skips.
