Microsoft Edge based on Chrome

Is CCleaner supporting the Microsoft Edge browser based on Chrome?

Not yet, though they don't really support projects that are in beta (alpha?) testing.

Very likely that once released, ccleaner will clean up after it.

You can find cleaners for it in the community Winapp2.ini file.

Search for this text in Winapp2.ini (I would've thought it would be called Edge Chromium, but nope):

Nice I must've missed that someone had posted them.

FYI, Chromium Edge is in the queue. Although until it is actually released to the general public, tuning and tweaks for Chrome etc will tend to come higher up on the priorities list.

Cannot wait for the stable release. When will be out of beta?

Ccleaner or edge beta. I believe the stable ccleaner should clean the beta chrome, or much of it.

I meant CCleaner.

I tested, it didn't clean Edge Chromium's history.

See the community Winapp2.ini for Edge Chromium cleaning:

Thanks but I prefer to wait to get stable release.
