I think there are going to be a lot of sad people around.
Blah, should've got a PS3 since the price drop happened back in September and you don't have to pay anything to use the PS3 online.
I know a few people in the same boat. We all know the risks etc. Lessons learnt.
I'm also thinking ps3 now.
If you bought the modded XBOX without any knowledge of it having been modded I think you should ask for a refund.
As far as I'm aware it's still legal here in the UK to make a back up copy of a CD, DVD or Console Game Disk, and you would need a chipped machine to use the game copy, and keep the original in pristine condition.
Legitimate users are being penalised along with the pirates.
Lets hope the backlash is a huge drop off in XBox sales.

I think it's just m$ way of asking for more ????. Since they are not seperating from users who pirate to users who buy unofficial games
Honestly, you shouldn't expect to be able to play a pirated game online anyway.
