I used CCleaner to optimize my android.
Now many apps aren’t working. They start up and are closed after about 2 seconds.
I uninstalled CCleaner but the problem persists.
Even reinstalling the affected apps don't work.
How can I get the apps to work again?

Cache might be the issue..Try wiping the cache
I have faced the same problem after installing the CCleaner. Maybe, it's a bug. ?
What are these "many apps" of which you speak? Did you use the CCleaner features to go through and stop some of the apps that were eating your memory, data and/or battery?
