How do I manage my subscription? I’ve lost the reference number for cleverbridge, and any email I would’ve used says it’s not associated. I’ve tried contacting ccleaner and they haven’t email me back in over a week. Is there anything I can do? I don’t want $50 taken from me every year.
Edit: such is my life, as soon as I ask the question I find the email associated with it and was able to cancel it. I’m on mobile and I’m new to these forums, if there’s a way to delete this myself, I’ll do it when I’m on a desktop.
Good to hear that you found the email information and have now cancelled your subscription.
We don’t usually delete threads, they may be helpful to others and in this case I’ll just add some ‘How To’ information and then close the thread.

If you need to look up your Cleverbridge reference then: Customer Support Contact Page
If you need to look up your CCleaner licence key then use this tool: https://www.ccleaner.com/support/license-lookup
If you can’t use those, (eg can no longer access your registered email), or for anything else account/billing related, then you will need to contact support.
All customers MUST now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
