Mailing Issue

When i started the free trial it says a email has been sent to me as its my cleverbridge but i never got it and im trying to manage my subscription and it keeps asking for that "cleverbridge number" can anyone help me find it even tho it was never sent to my mail but my trial is active

and im trying to deactivate my Renew

If it is the FREE trial then you have not yet paid anything.

If you have not yet paid anything then you do not have a subscription to be managed.

Cleverbridge are the payment processors, if you have not yet made a payment to them then you won't have a Cleverbridge number.

So have you paid anything or not?
