When I try to open the CCleaner program in the System.log, the following appears:

When I ran sudo launchctl load -D user /Library/LaunchAgents/com.piriform.ccleaner.plist

/Applications/CCleaner.app/Contents/scripts/com.piriform.ccleaner.plist: Service cannot load in requested session

/Applications/CCleaner.app/Contents/Frameworks/com.piriform.ccleaner.update.bundle/Contents/XPCServices/com.piriform.ccleaner.update.xpc/Contents/Resources/launch.plist: service already loaded

Hi @Alberto Rico Can you please see if this can be resolved by running the "CCleaner Fix.app" script that is attached to my message?

You may receive warnings from Mac when attempting to run the CCleaner Fix.app but that is solely because of how it has not yet been notarized.

Hi

I put CCleaner Fix.app in the Applications Directory. I ran and in the system.log I got this message:

Jan 10 12:03:41 iMac-de-Imac com.apple.xpc.launchd[1] (com.piriform.ccleaner.1944[578]): Service exited with abnormal code: 1

I restarted the computer as well, ran the sent program and CCleaner.app and nothing happened. The error message is the same for both cases.

The strange thing is that CCleaner works fine for the other users of my computer.

HELLO Megan, finally CCleaner worked.

I executed in Terminal the command: /bin/launchctl load -w /LibraryAgents/com.piriform.ccleaner.plist and the program started.

Do you have to do that every launch or did it fix it completely?

Megan, fix it completely. I have only a message when I open CCleaner after restart or start the computer I got a message like this: The CCleaner application is no longer open. I close the message and try again and it opens without problem.
