However you should note that the automatic support queue works off email addresses, so if you have given the wrong email then you will not be recognised as a paying customer.
As an apparent ‘non-payer request’ your request will be non-priority and it may be a very long time (month or more) before the system even shows your request to a support person.

If there are no, or insufficient, funds in the account that you gave then they cannot take payment, and if you don’t pay then they will cancel the subscription.
