Hello!
So this past weekend I got a virus or multiple virus's on my computer and a friend suggested that I use CCleaner among some other programs (anti-virus, spyware) to try to fix my problems. So I ran CCleaner last night and it came back with an very large list of problems (I swear it was like 6800). I figured that my computer was just that messed up so I selected to clean them off my computer (I cant remember the verbiage) and everything still seemed to be back to normal.
But when I started my computer today after work I found that almost everything has been removed. Basically it is like I am running a bare bones machine again.
I opened up CCLeaner again and tried to use my backup file, but that didnt seem to do the trick so I then went to the tools menu in CCleaner and then I found a list of programs that are listed under "Programs to Remove". In this list are all the programs that I want on my computer, but I can not figure out how to get them out of there or why CCleaner removed them in the first place as the ones I want are all legitimate and what I need on an everyday basis.
Also the missing programs have been completely removed from my list of "Program Files" folder.
So if anyone can help me I will be extremely gracious.
