Lost Professional when updating

Hi @genhire I have split your question out into it’s own thread:

Unless it’s changed in the latest release then CCleaner 7 no longer says ‘Professional’ at the top of the screen.

So you will need to check in Settings > ‘My Subscription’ to check if it is active as Free or active as Professional.

If it isn’t Pro and you have a valid key then simply enter your key again:

To register CCleaner 7 as Professional:-

CCleaner 7 no longer shows you at the top if it is Free or Professional. To check which you are running go to Settings (the cogwheel) > ‘My Subscription’ and it tells you there if you currently have Free or Professional. If you have the Free version and want to register/activate it as Professional then click on ‘Enter licence key’.
