Have you tried anything from here?
CCleaner Support Community.

Yes, I’ve tried the obvious like trying to do a rollback, but thats not doable. Also tried reinstalling, that doesn’t do anything either. Ran file checker, rest network, windows updates. My pc says that the driver is installed, but when I check the network connections the intel gigabit I211 network connection adapter isn’t there.

I also am experiencing the exact same issue as you WhiskeyBravo. I updated my drivers using CCleaner and now I can’t connect to the internet.

I managed to fix my problem but it I was going around in circles for 3 days. Do you know what network adapter you have lost and what motherboard is in the pc?
