I do not know if I had a typo in my email when purchasing but I have an active subscription that I need to manage and have no cleverbridge confirmation number and when I try to send license information to my email it says there is no account listed with it.
Is there a support email or phone number I can contact with personal information to help identify my account and get it linked to proper information? I would hate to have to block payments via bank and create new licenses.

Your issue with emailing support may indeed have been because your registered email is incorrect or could have been for other reasons.
However there is a new support system now in place which can cope better with such issues as incorrect email addresses.
