You should not put your email address(s) in plain view on any forum - unless you actually want to get lot a spam and phising emails.
I have removed them for you.
This is a user forum, as users we don’t have access to accounts/billing/licensing.
Do you have no access at all to your old machine?
Your registered username and licence key will be on that in CCleaner>Options>licence key.
(They are also saved in files in C:\Program Files\CCleaner - if you can access that foder let us know).
To change your registered email can be a problem if you do not have access to the currently registered address. See Below.
To get a registered email changed you will need to contact support.
You can raise a support ticket by using the form here: CCleaner Support Community
Now your problem with not having access to the currently registered email:
The automatic support queue works off email addresses.
It’s a security measure, how are support to know that you are the genuine registered user other than by emailing you at the address that you registered when purchasing?
If the email you use when sending the form is not showing as registered to a valid licence then you may not be seen as someone who has (currently) paid for support.
As an apparent ‘non-payer request’ your request will be non-priority and queued behind all existing and any new requests from verified paying users - It may be a very long time (a month or more) before the system even shows your request to a support person.
Note-
When it’s being a long time beffore you get a reply then don’t be tempted to send more requests or follow up emails.
If you do that then the automatic queuing system will regard each new one as Additional Information for your original request, add the new message to the original ticket, and send it all to the very back of the queue again.
