Lost access to Premium subscription purchased in guest mode — how to recover or transfer it?

Hello. I would appreciate your help with restoring access to a Premium subscription that was purchased in guest mode.

Here is the situation: the subscription is still active and payments continue to be charged, but after resetting my PC settings, I lost access to the account/session through which the Premium was originally purchased. Since it was used in guest mode, I no longer have any login details.

Is there any way to recover access to the subscription or link it to a new account? Has anyone encountered a similar issue and found a solution?

It should not matter which account you were using o the computer when you purchased, the licence key will still be valid.
It is tied to the email address that you used to purchase it, and can be used on / transferred to any computer that you use.
Just open CCleaner, click the Settings cogwheel, go to the My Subscription tab, and enter your licence key.

If you can’t use those, (eg can no longer access your registered email), or for anything else account/billing related, including refunds, then you will need to contact support.

To start the support process fill in this form: Contact Form.
Once you click ‘Next’ to submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
The 'Live Chart dialogue should open automatically with a message from the AI Chatbot - if it doesn’t open itself then there is a ‘Start Chat’ button.
If the Chatbot can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.

IMPORTANT- Don’t just fill in the form and leave - If you do not engage with the chat then you will not get any reply.
