I missed the end of the 14 day trial and got hit with a 55 dollar charge to my bank and also a fee for low funds. I emailed these idiots at piriform and got no help at all, pretty much an FU......you can reach me at my email you .......&*&^&%^%^$%$%
So you made an error and are now blaming others for your mistake, and being pretty rude about doing it.
We are told that support are pretty overloaded at the moment, so are taking much longer to reply than they normally do.
They will get around to your request but you will have to wait your turn like everyone else.
I suggest that you try to show some patience.
PS. Swearing at people is not the best way to get results, especially when the problem that you have is your own fault.
