As you have posted that then I assume that you managed to get logged in.
The “You cannot login as ##### from that IP address” message is a technical glitch.
(The IP is one of a range of AWS servers, the message appears to be thrown up if 2 or more users are passing through the same server at the same time to login. - Like I say it’s technical).
When you see it just click the button again - it may take 2 or 3 goes.
