Downloaded the latest version of CC. Restarted my laptop. Entered my usual password. Says my password is wrong! Restarted, three times. Same message. Did CC change my registry and delete my password? I can't logon to my laptop. Help!!
You didn't mention if you ran CCleaner, you just said you installed it.
If you ran CCleaner, did you tick all the options?
Did you use the registry cleaner?
Did you have any issues with your laptop before ?
What Operating system and security software do you have on the laptop?
It's more likely that a Windows Update has messed up your login.
There is a new "Improved Boot Up Experience" which has broken logins for a number of Windows users following an update.
