Lizenzablauf falsches Datum! - License expiration wrong date!

Hallo,

meine Lizenz wurde am 24.09.2021 verlängert und läuft nun bis 24.09.2022. Trotzdem wird mein Lizenz Ablauf noch immer auf den 23.12.2021 datiert und ich bekomme ständig anfragen ob ich meine Lizenz verlängern möchte. 

Es handelt sich auch sicher um den richtigen Lizenz Key. Leider scheint eine keinen echten Support zu geben außer dieses Forum hier. 


Eventuell kann mir ja hier jemand helfen!

my license was renewed on 09/24/2021 and now runs until 09/24/2022, yet my license expiration is still dated 12/23/2021 and I keep getting requests to renew my license. 

It is also certainly the correct license key. Unfortunately there seems to be no real support except this forum here. 


Maybe someone here can help me!

If you renew early, and there are less than 90 days left on the old license, the remaining time is automatically added to the new license, but it may take a while to show in CCleaner itself. or in the subscription manager.

We are told that it usually takes around 15 hours, but can be up to a week sometimes two.

However in your case it looks like you did have more than 90 days remaining on the old licence.

If there were more than 90 days left on the old license, you must contact support to get the additional time added manually.
