Lingering fragments

Hey All,

What do I need to do to remove a lingering RingCentral fragment. CCleaner continues to miss removing a registry fragment even though it says it has.

what sort of registry problem is RingCentral?, a missing shared DLL, unused extension, missing typelib etc ?

can you show a screenshot?

CC will show the registry path, have you tried going there and manually remove the key?

caveat... make sure you really do want it gone and what the possible consequences are!
