My license is valifd up to June 2026 but when I download the Ccleaner it says your license is expeired.
Do you by any chance have more than one licence with different keys?
That kind of thing can happen if when you come to renew an existing licence you actually purchase a new one instead.
Just to be sure; you use both words in your post, so does it say that the licence is ‘Expired’ or does it say that it is ‘Invalid’?
They mean different things.
one gives error ALPHA (ox000008) and other one says, Make sure the original name should match. I tried all the combinations and nothing works.
So you do have 2 licences then?
If that’s the case then it looks like the old ove has expired and you should use the new one.
When entering the new key if it asks for a name as well then you must use the name that you used when purchasing it in June.
The key, and the name that you used, should be on the purchase confirmation email that you received.
If you can’t find that email then put the email that you used to purchase CCleaner in June into the lookup tool here:
It should should send the current key and the registered name to that email address.
