Hi there, I had some issues with my CCleaner Professionale Plus subscription. I forgot to use the new license key and two days ago it has expired. Does anybody know if it is possible to retrieve a new one and how? Thanks a lot.
Do you mean that your old licence (key) has expired, and that you have a new key but haven’t entered it into CCleaner yet?
If so then simply open CCleaner, go to Options>License Key, click ‘Activate new key’, and enter your new key as prompted.
