I have trying to activate my license key but I keep getting an error (see attached screenshot). My license key is valid until 24 September 2024.
I have uninstalled CCleaner and re-installed, but still get the same error.
Any help someone can provide would be greatly appreciated.
I hope my license period will be extended due to the lack of being able to activate my license...
I don't know how long it would take for them to get back to you, but perhaps you should contact support directly, most of us here are just users.

It is still not letting you activate, right? Make sure you aren't blocking access to their servers, in case you have some blocker in your network, and if at all possible, give it a try when connected to another one, although I suppose it could also be a problem on their end.
Thanks, I did reach out to their support team and as I am a paying customer they say that response times will be quicker than those that use the free software.
Please be aware that support can be quite slow these days, all requests are in an automatic queueing system and so it may be up to a week or more before your request gets to the front of that queue for the attention of a person.
