License key activated, then not present next time I use the app

Hi, I have renewed my license, and the key that was purchased activates correctly when I put it in to the app. I can then use all the full features, but the next time I go to use the app it’s as if I never put that key in and I have to go and do it again. This isn’t stopping any functionality, but it is quite irritating!

We do not have access to accounts/billing/licencing here, this is a user forum.

However you should note that support are slow to answer these days and it can take a week or more for a registered customer to get a reply.

Also note that sending multiple requests can actually slow down your getting a reply, (that’s just the way the automated queuing system works), have patience and wait for a support person to contact you.
