Licence not available across platforns

I purchased a 2 year licence across multiple platforms for 5 devices.I have NEVER been able to apply licence to Samsung S20 Android phone.

No one ever gets back to me!

When you try to activate your licence, do you receive an error? If so, please send me a screenshot of the error so I can advise you further.

Thanks forgetting back to me. Finally figured it out.

A bit misleading for the heading under the three lines for dropdown menus. Got the right heading to copy and paste key.
