Have you bought a new key?
Have you cancelled your old one, or let it expire?
Normally you would renew your subscription, and that keeps the same key.
If you do want to check or enter a new key in CCleaner7 go to the Settings cogwheel and select ‘My Subscription’.
It will either tell you that you have a current key already, or will ask you to input a new key.
