Have just bought and paid for CCleander Pro. I have tried a lot of times to insert the licence key - but get the message Licence Key does not exist.
I have tried to contact CCleaner - but not much help to get!
Am I doing something wrong??

Take a look at the guide here, particularly the section "If you get an error saying that your license key is not valid:" which has a few tips
I suppose the other question has to be did you buy direct from CCleaner or from a 3rd party?
(As with everything else, there are fake sellers out there).

The CODE is pasted and insert!
I have uninstalled and installed again and again - nothing help!
I can see that I can do anything else.
It is simply not good enough.

Be aware that support are busy at the moment and it may take some days (or even longer if your email address is not recognised) before you get a response from an actual person.
It says they donot know the email address - unless this I received the Invoice at the same email address!
In that case then for some reason your email (and presumably your key) has not been tied to any active subscription.
The baest I can do is suggest that you raise a support ticket using the form I linked above.
OK thanks - I have already done this several times! So maybe it is better to cancel the order!!
i have the same problem ,,, payed for 1 year and then i get a key that dont work ...
