I downloaded the latest defraggler 3 days ago, and defragged. After the defrag, I got messages indicating dll and files were corrupt when executing programs. The system eventually blue screened, and would not boot after that.

I just upgraded to the latest version, but decided to view this forum for bugs before trying it out?
I will definitely make a full system backup, and emergency boot disk Before trying it out!

Have you been able to start in Safe Mode ?
Have you been able to reinstall Windows ?
Defraggler obviously cannot do that on the test systems before release.
It is very probably a problem specific to your system.
Please give full information on your system,
i.e. version of Windows, Service Pack level, 32 bit or 64 bit,
Type of drive, i.e. HDD or SSD,
Size of Drive and size of Partition.
The actual model of Drive could be relevant.
I cannot confirm that. Been defraggling for two days now and everything is running pretty good on my rig as usual. The OP issue must be somewhere else.
