Sorry for late reply, I was off early this week.
I poked the web team when I saw your post for them to fix. Glad they did it quickly/successfully.
It appears that every member of staff has “been off” for at least a month.
Are you all as cheesed off with the current abysmal state of support as we mods are?
This forum has become simply a last resort for users to complain about the lack of the 'Priority Support" that they have supposedly paid for.
Even the 24/7 premium support appears to be broken.
It has all got very depressing.
It’s been complicated for sure.
From the product side, we are planning to release a new major version which is something we are excited about. The beta should start towards the end of next month. I will do a bigger post about it for you mods once we have a release build available.
How about from the support side? That’s what the complaints are about.
Is anyone even looking at why support has become so abysmally slow to reply to tickets raised?
Is anyone even looking at why ‘Manage Subscription’ isn’t working?
Is anyone even looking at why the 24/7 Premium Support isn’t working? (There two complaints of that so far today).

It seems like you have totally avoided any mention of the things we are complaining about. No admin, no support for us, no support for users etc.
Instead you terrify us by mentioning a major new version.
Hellfire there is little or no support for the version we have now. So you are all excited about a new product, lets see how many Admin turn up after the glow of the first few days release has worn off and we mods are left carrying the can yet again.
