Last month I accidentally ordered twice

I requested a refund, was told “not gonna happen” but here’s what we can do. Extend your subscription through 2028.

I had a clarification question and there was no response. I asked again, two more times, with no response. The two orders have NOT been merged.

I’d really like to get a refund, but this non-response is pretty frustrating.

Bumped for staff attention, but it may be Monday before they are back in the office.
