Piszę z prośbą o pomoc, ponieważ od kilku dni próbuję skontaktować się z zespołem wsparcia CCleaner w sprawie błędnego adresu e-mail przypisanego do mojej licencji.
Zgłoszenie zostało zarejestrowane pod numerem 23787711, ale do tej pory nie otrzymałem żadnej odpowiedzi ani potwierdzenia zmiany.
W wyniku pomyłki przy zakupie, licencja została przypisana do nieprawidłowego adresu e-mail, przez co nie mam do niej dostępu.
